Your data: While you work, the diagram lives only in your browser, and saving sends it to the location you pick, never to draw.io servers. Only image or PDF export is converted server-side, and the data is deleted right after delivery.

You choose a storage location when you start, so pick a shared drive if the team needs the file.
How to use it
- Open app.diagrams.net and choose where to save.
- Drag shapes from the left panel and connect them.
- Save, or export to PNG, SVG or PDF.
