When to use it
Use it for class quizzes, event sign-ups or internal surveys where answers should land in a spreadsheet right away.
Before you use it
Adding a file upload question forces respondents to sign in to Google, so avoid it for public audiences.
How to use it
- Go to forms.google.com and click Blank form
- Add questions and turn on quiz mode if needed
- Click Send to share the link and link responses to Sheets
